Job Title: Program Director
Description: Assume overall day to day responsibility for the operation of club house. Supervise unit leaders, manage staff schedules, assist unit leaders in developing unit goals, assures that all necessary program reports are prepared and maintained, assist ED and AED in operation of agency as may be required.
Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or other human service degress required. Individuals enrolled in a gradute program may be considered. ICCD training and bi-lingual skills a plus. Must have at least three years experience in mental health programs of which one year must be in a clubhouse or rehabilitation program.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
