Job Title: Transitional Employment Coordinator/Generalist
Description: Individual will be directly involved with day to day operation of clubhouse and will be responsible for: assisting club members in identifying educational and/or vocational goals, supporting club members in becoming job ready, coordinating transitional employment program, develops TEP placements with ED, generates marketing strategies and goal plans to advance TEP, managing and maintaining placement tracking information, work directly with business advisory boards, can act as job coach for TEP placed club members
Qualifications: Minimum-Bachelor's degree in area of human services with three years experience working with mentally ill individuals. Bilingual skills a plus.

Master's degree in human services with one year of experience working with mentally ill individuals, bilingual skills a plus. Psychiatric rehabilitation training and ICCD training a plus.Salary: Commensurate with experience.
