Job Title: Social Service Specialist
Description: Provides concrete social services and supportive counseling. He/She provides case management services as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing services to the SPMI population both at the Ryan Center and in the community. This includes interviewing patients and families, assisting with entitlements, escorting patients, and leading groups and workshops.
Qualifications: Bilingual Preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalency required, BA/BS in the Field of Human Services preferred.
