Job Title: Program Director, Bridge to Home Program
Description: Provides overall daily direction for the operation of a HUD/DHS funded Rental Assistance Program for homeless individuals who are working or work ready, with histories of disability (substance abuse), and who cannot afford market rate housing without financial assistance (subsidy). Purpose is to aid participants maintain job security, substance abuse stabilization, and independent housing.
Qualifications: MA in Vocational Rehabilitation preferred; MSW or related Masters degree acceptable. Previous administrative and program development experience relevant to working with a homeless and job ready population necessary. Familiarity with landlord/tenant issues, substance abuse issues preferred. Should be familiar with computer programs and with data collection.
Salary: commensurate with experience.
