Booklet on "Filing an ADA Employment Discrimination Charge"

Discrimination by employers and co-workers is frequently cited as an important barrier to finding and keeping work for people with psychiatric disabilities. The Center for Mental Health Services has released a new guide describing how to file an employment discrimination charge under ADA, the Americans with Disabilities Act. The booklet uses clear and easy to understand language to describe how the process works. Case examples and a glossary are included.
