Evaluating Your Agency and Its Services: A Checklist for Job Seekers with Disabilities

The Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) has developed a checklist from conversations with people with disabilities about their experiences using agencies that provide a variety of job-related services. This checklist identifies five items that agencies should have:
- a positive agency culture
- consumer-directedness
- access to resources
- quality personnel
- coordinated services
