| Study Findings on Reasonable Workplace Accommodations January 2003 "An Investigation of Reasonable Workplace Accommodations for People with Psychiatric Disabilities: Quantitative Findings from a Multi-Site Study" represents one of the first studies to collect prospective, longitudinal data on reasonable accommodations for people with psychiatric disabilities. The study explored reasonable workplace accommodations for individuals with psychiatric disabilities involved in supported employment programs. The article, published in the February 2002 issue of the Community Mental Health Journal, discusses the functional limitations and reasonable accommodations provided to study participants, employers, and service provider organizations.
